Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou born Beaumont, the French city of Puy-deDomme on August 9, 1976. Audrey Tautou is the fourth child among four children. From a very young age, her dentist doctors parents and teacher mother encouraged her passion of theater and drama. This passion that trumps her first desire to become a the first primatologist. The early success of her career and the rapid increase in recognition was a sign of her development as an actor. When she finished her education and acting, she appeared on the French show for spotting talent Jeunes Premiers which was sponsored by Canal+. She won the award for the best young Actress prize at the Beziers Festival of Young Actors and started her professional career as an actor. Tautou was born into the context of a Catholic home, and was a member of the church, even though she was a student within The Institut Catholique de Paris. Apart from her acting profession, she has also pursued modelling. The model was of L'Oreal Mont Blanc, Chanel and has been referred as "The Chanel Muse". Also, she has an intense interest in photography and recently presented an exhibit of her work during the Arles Festival under the title Superficial. The majority of her photographs concern fame and celebrity. They also feature self-portraits in addition. Audrey Tautou's very first major role, as Amelie Poulain's main actor in the film Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain, brought her fame to the world. Amelie was an international box-office hit, receiving accolades during awards ceremonies across all over the world. It is the top-grossing French film in America. After this film, Tautou appeared in many films that ranged from British dramas up to Jean Pierre Jeunet's Un long dimanche de fiancailles. She then moved to Hollywood and was in the film with Tom Hanks alongside Ron Howard in The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown.
